What you’ll be doing...

You will work with the project team to design, configure, implement and provide ongoing support for Verizon’s enterprise-wide Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) SaaS platform (Enablon). You will participate in a collaborative multi-discipline team environment to design, develop and deploy new capabilities to meet customer needs and support company objectives.

• Providing key expertise associated with complex configurations, system integrations, custom API’s and data management to accelerate implementation.
• Designing, developing and implementing new capabilities to meet customer needs that scale globally and drive desired outcomes.
• Identifying areas of complexity and implementing improvements to optimize performance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues rapidly to minimize customer impact.
• Staying abreast of SaaS evolution and new technologies to guide decision-making.
• Enhancing analytics tools, reports and dashboards to support data driven decision-making.
• Optimizing EHS department tools and data collection mechanisms through quality administration and analysis.
• Monitoring industry trends in EHS metrics, data collection, and reporting to continuously improve these processes.
• Identifying strategies to best utilize technology and data to drive overall efficiency and effectiveness of EHS programs.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with relational database technologies.
• Experience with enterprise software deployments, system integrations and web services.
• Experience mining,cleansing, analyzingand migratingdata using SQL, Python., and analytic tools such as Cognos and Power BI.
• Programming experience using C++, .NET and Visual Basic.
• Experience in MS office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and Google suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.).

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master’s Degree in computer science, mathematics or data science.
• Ability to embrace change and work in a fast paced, iterative environment.
• Capacity to work independently and also as part of a cross-functional team abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Programming experience with Enablon specific language NABSIC.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud
• Knowledge of EHS in the context of IT applications
• Experience with EHS or quality management systems (ISO 45001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 9001).
