What you’ll be doing...
As a Consultant for Work Forward and other key HR initiatives, you'll be supporting various efforts to enable future of work at Verizon. You'll be designing and implementing priorities set by program management frameworks, building and maintaining relationships with cross functional teams, and delivering data driven insights and trends to track progress and enable agile decision making.

This is a work from home role with occasional in-person meetings and training.

You have a strong process and systems mindset and can keep sight of the big picture while ensuring all the steps along the way are taken care of. You are self-starter who operates with minimal oversight and thrive in a fast-paced environment with lots of competing priorities. You are a great collaborator and influencer, who builds strong relationships across the organization. You have an analytical mind with technical skills to complement with a keen eye for detail. You leverage your strong communication skills to tailor messages and build presentations fit for the audience and intent. People appreciate your positive attitude and trust you because you keep your commitments and get the job done.
