What you’ll be doing...
Verizon has a long and demonstrated history of driving energy efficiency innovation in our commercial building portfolio and has committed to adhering to state and local emissions standards and achieving operational carbon neutrality by 2035.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including achieving compliance to energy and emissions regulations in New York City, Washington D.C. and Boston. You will be responsible for identifying and quantifying building retro-commissioning opportunities, identifying and quantifying energy conservation measures (ECMs), overseeing engineering design development and reviews, and developing & conducting Measurement and Verification for ECMs.
This position requires a dynamic individual with strong technical abilities and a proven ability to balance multiple concurrent projects.
