What you’ll be doing...

  • Provide timely and meaningful weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and commentaries to management
  • Support revenue forecast and planning process
  • Working closely with the Order Management Team to accelerate revenue realization
  • Provide timely revenue forecast information to key stakeholders for the tracking of key performance metrics
  • Working with large, complex data set to analyze and highlight key business insights to business partner
  • Assist, recommend & provide financial analysis to support decision making process
  • Provide timely and meaningful variance and trend analysis on the key performance metrics of the business and customers
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on key business drivers to improve business performance
  • Drive customer/product/countries/regional profitability analysis
  • Business partnering with Global Enterprise Business Unit, Global Customer Operation & other finance organization, provide business intelligence to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Coordinating and generate the presentation decks for monthly business reviews
  • Drive process improvement and digital adoption
  • Ad hoc analysis as required

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Formal education in accounting, finance, or economics.
  • Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications industries.
  • A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, FP&A).
  • Understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting and analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes.
  • Knowledge of common business and cost drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of Qlik, KNIME, Alteryx, SAP, Smart View, Hyperion Planning, Anaplan is preferable
  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong detail orientation.
  • Good team player and ability to have strong relationship building skills to work with internal customer at all levels
  • Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
