What you’ll be doing...

You'll be responsible for the planning and operation of Verizon’s B2B promotional roadmap and Trade-in Requirements. You will be primarily tasked with managing trade-in requirement and lifecycle as well as implementing offers through various internal systems in coordination with cross-functional teams. You will partner directly with Finance, IT, Sales Operations, channel leads, and front-line representatives to perfect the process and experiences of promotions.

  • Implementation – completing user stories, checklists, and Ops briefs required to create and operationalize trade-in projects and all B2B offers.

  • Take trade-in and promotions through GTM while aligning with business channels on needs and variances, and build offers accordingly, working with Ops teams to test offers and troubleshoot problems ahead of commercial launch.

  • Communication – product manage trade-in and promotions through Go-to-Market, Integrated Marketing, and L&D ensuring working teams fully understand the customer experience for all offers.

  • Represent Device Marketing on GTM and IM calls to answer questions from the business and address concerns as needed.

  • Manage a weekly cadence with HQ and Market leadership on status, results, costs and run rates. Work with frontline to get feedback and discover new promo requests.

  • Strategy – Design and implement trade-in and promotions to combat churn, grow B2B base and increase profitability of the B2B segment.

  • Work back with leadership, frontline, Promo team and operations to design the right promo for the business customer.

  • Develop new opportunities for future promotional concepts by scoping out requirements and aligning with the business on the cost to build and priority in the development funnel.

What we’re looking for...

You have a passion for marketing and operations. You are not afraid of a challenge, and will work to find solutions to difficult problems. You have a proven track record of collaboration, and embrace the opportunity to take ownership over your work.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Promotions or product experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers.

  • Experience forecasting and reporting financials.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • An MBA or a Master's degree.

  • Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience outlining issues/challenges, while offering viable solutions and recommendations.

  • Problem solving and organization skills.

  • Experience presenting findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).

  • Experience analyzing what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.

  • Experience managingmultiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
