What you’ll be doing...

• Perform regular data analysis and reviews to track performance and provide timely responses to employees and upper level management.
• Lead coordination of Market Launches for 5G Fixed Wireless Access and Business Internet for Small, Medium, Mass, Enterprise and Public Sector customer bases
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to prepare and deliver Executive presentations
• Support Field Operations in identifying and tracking installation and repair opportunities through resolution
• Coordinate with Agile Release Train team members to identify, define, and prioritize system enhancements and fixes.
• Create and implement processes that provide solutions and guidance to our frontline leaders, center associates and technicians
• Implement strategic solutions to solve business problems, drive efficiency, reduce waste and ultimately drive a better customer experience.
• Partner with clients to understand and define business needs.
• Act as a liaison between the business and IT (Global Technology Services (GTS) and Network Systems) to effectively convey the business needs in the form of requirements.
• Participate in prioritizing the work stream to ensure development resources are maximized.
• Collaborate on a team to design systems and applications with a focus on delivering an exceptional user experience.
• Validate and test products to ensure quality.
• Create training and communications that help build an environment for success and regularly meet to review projects and develop action item deliverables.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of more than one of the following areas within Field & Center Operations: 5G Fixed Wireless Access.
• Knowledge of more than one of the following Field Mobility Applications: I&M & GNO dispatch applications, Circuit View / Circuit View 2.0, Wi-Fi Analyzer tool, Manager Central I&M & GNO.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master's degree.
• Program/Project Management experience.
• Proficiency with Google Suite productivity and connection tools including: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Slides/docs/sheets
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Mobility application design experience.
• Presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in change communications.
• Knowledge of more than one of the following Center Applications: Optix Dispatch, Vzontime, VRepair, Capacity Management Tool.
