What you’ll be doing...
You will be responsible for leading strategic and developmental initiatives in order to provide a best in class user experience for our internal users as well as our external customers for our cutting edge technology 5G Fixed Wireless Access for both Consumer and Business customers. You will lead strategic initiatives that support and impact various Field Operation lines of business including Installation & Maintenance, Construction, Global Network Operations, Central Office, Network Installation as well as the Operations Control Centers. These lines of business serve customers across many types of services not just limited to 5G but including Fios (Fiber Optic Service), Copper, H.S.I (High Speed Internet), Special Services, Dark Fiber, Fiber Internet, Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP), IEN (Intelligent Edge Network) and CPE (Customer Premises Equipment). |
