What you’ll be doing...

This role will work with key internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of In-Franchise Fiber business plans (Network Transformation, BAU FTTP). Candidate must possess ability to interpret data, identify trends, lead special projects, and make recommendations to support smart decision-making and delivery of business case targets. To do so, the candidate will work hand in hand with the manager teams within the PMO (build, migrations, switch decom), as well as internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Field Operations, and Finance to understand bottlenecks and impact; and gather data sources to perform analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret financial and operational metrics, and develop recommendations to improve operational performance
  • Translate numbers into meaningful facts, predict and model future outcomes
  • Prepare reports to track and monitor progress
  • Partner with NT Advanced Analytics team to automate reporting using visual analytics tools such as Tableau
  • Assist with preparation of activities for all cross functional operation meetings between Engineering, Field Operations, and Finance

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Even better if you haveone or more of the following:

  • Degree in Engineering, Technology or Finance.
  • Strong data analytics skills.
  • Experience with Tableau dashboard authoring.
  • Experience using analytics automation tools such as Alteryx.
  • Experience managing and influencing a cross functional, geographically-dispersed team.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to facilitate and problem solving, considered alternatives and applied creative approaches.
  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.
  • Strong bridging and brokering skills.
  • Ability to partner internally (cross functionally and cross-business unit) and externally to identify and benchmark best practices
  • Detail focused, excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to presentfindings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level)
  • Experience in the use of G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio or other flowcharting application
  • Knowledge of BDMS, MMS, WFM, NAR, vBuild, CoE, ICGS/IDDS/FIM, iVAPP and NTAS
