  • Provide analysis and day-to-day support for the innovative use of data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other data-driven technologies to promote the advancement of personalization, segmentation and customer insights.
  • Ensuring compliance with existing policies, federal and state laws and regulations, as well as Verizon’s Credo and associated policies, and assisting in formulation of solutions to any identified problem areas to ensure compliance, minimize company risk, and promote a positive customer experience;
  • Provide legal counsel on maintaining the security of customers’ accounts and information.
  • Interface with, and manage and coordinate the activities of, Verizon Legal Department attorneys who are available to consult on tax, employment matters, IP, regulation, anti-trust, litigation, corporate compliance, and other areas of expertise.
