What you’ll be doing...
Do you love and believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion? Are you highly organized and experienced in managing projects and programs? Does an operations role that allows you to be directly involved in solving problems daily, while interacting with multiple marketing and advertising stakeholders excite you?
Verizon is looking for a consultant to help manage the day to day operations for the adfellows program. The adfellows program is a Verizon sponsored fellowship program targeting diverse talent seeking to gain exposure to marketing and advertising careers. This program is entering its sixth year, having produced one hundred thirty seven adfellows who are working across twenty eight partners, including Verizon, and several other brands and agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for diversity & inclusion, strong operations background, strong understanding of the marketing and advertising industry, and great operational and communications skills. You must also be proficient in SmartSheet, Google Suite, Power Point, and Excel.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
