What you’ll be doing...

Using your Workday experience, you will collaborate with the Performance and Potential teams to support processes, review issues and resolve defects. These activities include configuration, executing EIBs, processing MOMs, process monitoring, audits and other related tasks. You will provide guidance to stakeholders on process changes, write user stories, contribute to sprint planning, support and participate in user testing and validation. You will collaborate with the Performance, Potential,HRISand IT Teams in defining processes and make recommendations regarding configuration and supporting tasks for process enhancements and Workday Releases.

  • Performance: Managing process design and configuration for goal setting, development plans, mid and year-end Reviews including performance ratings, performance calibration, feedback, performance improvement and corrective action.
  • Talent: Responsible for the process design and configuration of talent review, assess potential, talent calibration, talent and succession pools and career profile.
  • Workday Implementation: Providing data validations, producing DGW and EIB, validation and verification as well as inbound and outbound interface support.
  • Agile Delivery Method: Writing and reviewing user stories, sprint planning and review, and leading stand-up calls.

    What we’re looking for...

    An experienced Workday analyst with hands on tactical experience with configuration, EIBs, MOMs, Interfaces. You are prepared to analyze and resolve issues in an Agile environment while working with stakeholders and supporting teams to recommend and identify improvements in processes. You will provide experience based guidance in Workday support.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
    • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
    • Workday experience.
    • A willingness to travel up to approximately 25%.

    Even better if you have one of more of the following:

    • A degree.
    • Six or more years of working knowledge of systems and data flows.
    • Functional Workday experience with Talent Management, Performance Management and Succession Planning Workday applications.
    • Experience with SQL.
    • Experience in complex talent data requests.
    • Experience working with integration to third-party applications.
    • Data analysis skills.
    • Experience in process design and system configuration.
    • Proficiency with G Suite by Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience of at least one full lifecycle implementation with Workday HCM/Payroll Cloud.
