This is an entry level position which offers an excellent compensation package that includes a base salary as well as uncapped commission potential. As an Inbound Specialized Business Development Rep, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities through incoming lead sources in the small to medium sized business space. Through a multitouch prospecting approach with inbound leads, you will build relationships and schedule appointments for prospects to view our software through a virtual demonstration. We are looking for excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a positive, professional attitude. You are self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.   • Makes new clients’ prospecting to establish new business contacts.
  • Awakens the interest of customers to our system/solution.
  • Makes the scheduling of the system demonstration with new customers.
  • Provides information regarding “pain/needs” of customers to give advantage to closers make the deal.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • One or more years of work experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED or one or more years of work experience.
  • Sales experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Inside sales experience.
  • Interpersonal and team skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to make dozens of calls per day.
  • Ability to respond with a sense of urgency in a sales driven culture
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
