What you’ll be doing...

As a part of the Consumer Go To Market team, you'll be responsible for supporting our Sales & Support groups with flawless launch readiness and execution. You'll be a part of launching new and exciting products, devices and services to our customers both internal and external. You'll stand as the lead bringing together multiple partner groups to ensure we provide launch strategies, tactics and support.

  • Managing a variety of launches including Products, Services, Pricing, Devices, Promotions, Value Propositions and more.
  • Partnering with Stakeholders for Key Launch Initiatives.
  • Leading core teams and creating content for presentations.
  • Evaluating launch tactics including Training and Operational activities.
  • Presenting to senior-level and field level leaders.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You have an interest and excitement for new products and services while focusing on the customer experience internally and externally. You enjoy communicating strategy and driving efforts to align teams towards one clear message. You enjoy building partnerships and project managing a group towards one common goal.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in Project Management.
  • Experience in G-Suite.
  • Experience creating content.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree.
  • The digital experience of trends and key business drivers.
  • Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
  • Analyzed what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
  • Juggled multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience either in or around the Retail Channels or Online Sales Channels.
  • Designed custom research approaches to gain broader or deeper consumer and market insights.
  • Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.
