What you’ll be doing...
The Network Repair Bureau (NRB) Automation team builds creative and complex automation solutions, utilizing advanced coding, towards the NRB process of resolving Verizon Wireless network related customer issues efficiently. The creation of complex solutions relies on partnering with cross function organizations, performing data analytics, building architecture and frameworks, designing user interface and setting up Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for data aggregation. This position is responsible for multiple automation projects that are scheduled and on demand solution utilized by the NRB.
