What you’ll be doing...
As the Associate Director for Financial Governance, Program/Release Mgt & Culture/Communications, this role will be a key leader managing the Central Office functions in the VCG GTS Organization. This role will work very closely with our Business partners and all GTS leaders. While this position will report to the Director of Program Planning and Design/ Agile COE, it will also have a strong direct reporting relationship to the Executive Director and Vice President for Budget and FInancial Reporting.
This position will require strategic/innovative thinking skills, excellent Financial background and knowledge of Agile scaling and Agile industry trends to lead the critical Central office areas. The incumbent will need strong executive presence, communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical and financial information and trade-offs, and tell a compelling story to inform/influence a diverse group of stakeholders and leadership.
