What you’ll be doing...

Your goal is to help reshape the digital and video ad marketplace and transform us into an advertising giant. You’ll mine big data to fuel your thinking about where we head next. Then with that long-term vision and a roadmap, you will identify new advertising products and make plans to bring them to market. You’ll lead the Advertising Product Team to deliver the best advertising products to enable them to reach the right audiences with the right content on the right platforms at the right time for optimal impact.

  • Crafting the advertising product vision, set goals, and drive for outcomes.
  • Harnessing the power of our Big Data to identify the best ways to target consumers or business customers for our advertisers.
  • Building roadmaps for specific industries and platforms.
  • Developing product specifications and prioritizing features.
  • Managing each advertising product’s lifecycle from inception to conclusion.

Where you'll be working…

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

The promise of Big Data is enormous and you are fascinated by the possibilities. You are a visionary but you also know what makes business sense and how to get it done. A successful new product can literally redefine the course of a business and this knowledge encourages you. You motivate others to do their best work. When making decisions, you expertly balance the needs of all parties.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Digital advertising experience including online and mobile platforms.
  • Product management experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Research or Engineering Management.
  • Knowledge of real-time bidding (RTB) platforms plus online and mobile ecosystems, like DSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks, SSPs, SEM, and other components.
  • Familiarity with big-data systems and machine learning.
  • Agile development experience.
  • Managed relationships with advertisers.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
