What you’ll be doing...
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives (BDSI) of Verizon Business. This role is critical to driving the efficiency and culture of the entire BDSI team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Vice President, and will manage meetings, calendars, travel logistics and handling travel and business expenses. You’ll also be coordinating and overseeing office management duties for certain offices and the provisioning of supplies, equipment and services that enable the staff to perform their jobs effectively. Additionally, you’ll provide logistics support for executive meetings and BDSI events which includes but is not limited to: travel/logistics, budget management, scheduling, room setup and preparation, meeting material preparation, coordination of transportation, catering and other details.
As an energetic self-starter, you will represent BDSI and Verizon both internally and externally through interactions with employees, partners, and customers. You will have the freedom and autonomy to do your best work, with the support and camaraderie you need to enjoy your job.
Where you'll be working...
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. Location may be flexible however expectation will be to work MST/EST hours as needed.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $67,000 and $125,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
