What you’ll be doing...
As the Global Payroll Transactional Auditor, your primary responsibility is to validate payroll transactions that are included or impact the Gross to Net Pay Amount for all employees. The goal is to ensure 100% accuracy prior to payroll processing therefore being proactive vs. reactive with issues identified. Audits will include Short term Disability payments, Termination, tax, garnishments and special pay. All transactions must be in compliance with the applicable country or state Wage and Pay Practices, Country, State, Federal and Local regulations. You will audit transactions performed by the Global Payroll Transactional team, if errors are identified they will be rejected and discussed with the originator for correction and resubmission.
In addition, you will provide feedback, council and support the transaction team to help them understand when they have failed an audit check. You will produce a scorecard that measures accuracy across the team identifying failure points.

You’re results oriented with a strong sense of urgency, and are proactive and attentive to detail. You have strong quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills.
