What you’ll be doing...
We’re expanding rapidly to enable the next-generation Verizon security strategy. The Cyber Defense Engineering team is responsible for designing/building capabilities to support the critical Cyber Defense organization and its missions.
You will be an agent for change driving the expansion of our Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), including complementary tools and capabilities. As a Senior Manager within our corporate information security department, you will be leading a team that works with corporate information security teams and customers to ensure the threat detection services they need are provided in a timely manner that aligns with corporate policies and standards. This specific position will also be responsible for championing the increased use of automation, and mentoring and guiding existing staff career development and transition.
