What you’ll be doing...

We're looking for an individual interested in joining the BlueJeans by Verizon Channel team as a Channel Account Manager focused on Global Enterprise. Essential to this position includes energy, passion for the channel and confident leadership capability driving engagement across diverse teams and companies. You will foster and establish BlueJeans Channel Account Management processes and procedures. Your responsibilities are to:

  • Strengthen existing partners and recruit new partners
  • Sales enablement through product and value-positioning training to partners
  • Resolve partner related issues and sales conflicts in a timely fashion
  • Follow leads and market research to develop new avenues for sales
  • Develop sales strategies and promotional activities that utilizes your Channels
  • Grow funnel to achieve Channel sales objectives
  • Develop with partners specific business and marketing plans aligned to business objectives
  • Develop and review sales proposals with partners
  • Manage daily sales activities with partners to achieve revenue objectives
  • Establish a trust and build 360° feedback relationship with your Channel partners

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

Demonstrated success in Channels, sales enablement and new partnerships. You have the ability to handle the execution of simultaneous activities while balancing multiple priorities. Someone that can work across many levels and organizations in order to achieve needed outcomes. You have conviction in your vision and ideas and include others as to have the best overall outcome.
You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • MBA.
  • Ability to formulate a sell-through vision, strategy, and execution plan.
  • Experience with Video Conferencing, SaaS or Unified Communications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships both inside and outside of BlueJeans and Verizon.
  • Able to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment.
