What you’ll be doing...

  • Assist in the design of the right sales tech stack based on organizational strategy, structure,and processes.
  • Work with business partners to document requirements, establish project plan and timelines, and testing.
  • Work on analysis, configuration, and testing of solutions/changes.
  • Serve as track lead in the management of Salesforce.com and other sales tools for daily business management.
  • Own and drive Salesforce.com enhancements designed to reduce sales rep friction, improve effectiveness, or both.
  • Lead service delivery arm of sales operations team, supporting sales, lead generation, CSM, channel, and technical sales functions.
  • Handle day-to-day administration of SFDC (e.g., end-user support, record transfers, error troubleshooting).
  • Proactively identify obstacles or process inefficiencies and manage projects to streamline or automate sales processes.
  • Effectively collaborate with other business partners and departments such as Finance, Marketing, Product Management, and offshore Developers.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Salesforce Administration Certification.
  • Three or more years of experience in Sales / Business Operations, preferably at a SaaS company.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Self-starter with track record of creativity and innovation.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with great business sense.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present content to general audiences.
  • Experience in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Proven ability to manage sales tools.
  • Proven ability to perform business requirements analysis and translate to technical design.

This position can be located in other valid Verizon domestic locations.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $61,000 and $114,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.  This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
