What you’ll be doing...

You will be joining the Verizon +play team to build a ground breaking platform that allows users to discover, purchase, and manage some of their favorite subscriptions across entertainment, audio, gaming, fitness, music, lifestyle and more – all in one place. Within the Consumer Content and Partnerships Group, the Content Strategy and Business Development team is responsible for developing cohesive content strategies that can lead to realizable growth opportunities for the business, building and leveraging relationships with key industry players across the value chain, and guiding strategic initiatives in collaboration with cross functional teams.

You will be responsible for creating and managing customer experience while troubleshooting issues that can arise in the day to day management of the platform.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You are a curious individual with an appetite to test, learn and refine your ideas. You understand how to maneuver through an organization and get cross-functional teams to rally behind you. You are a self-starter and can work with little guidance.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience working with backend IT systems, Product Management, Product evolution or all of the above.
  • Attention to detail abilities.
  • Experience working in a growth environment with a focus on building and marketing products.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Digital experience.
  • Knowledge of trends and key business drivers.
  • Experience of web development, defining customer behavior and/or working with customer digital journey.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Designed custom research approaches to gain broader or deeper consumer and market insights abilities.
  • Proven track record of launching new products or brands.
