What you’ll be doing...

  • Develop accurate, complete, and compliant EIS task order pricing and Task Order Modifications. Pricing validations and may work with the mod team for the AcquServe submissions.
  • Work closely with pricing analysts, Senior Pricing Manager and database developer to improve EIS post award process, and build standardized processes and templates. Maintain a post award TO submission report.
  • Independently determine post-award areas requiring special financial and pricing analysis and presents findings and recommendations for leadership review.
  • Support timely, accurate, and compliant pricing for various Federal Telelcom contract pricing and RFPs.
  • Support Federal Government RFP/RFQ analyses; participate in the proposal pricing process to include the development of pricing strategies, review, analyze and compile pricing data, and preparation of the customer facing pricing.
  • Using established bid processes and methodologies to ensure deadlines are met, approvals obtained prepare price submissions.
  • Work closely with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Engineers, PCM, Legal, Product) when compiling pricing data, ensure the accuracy and completion of the data.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience with gathering, organizing and analyzing large amount of data, Telecom knowledge is desirable.
  • Good analytics skills, quick learner, work proactively and strong problem solving skills.
  • Applicant must have mid to advanced Excel skills:
  • Managing large datasets with functions: IF, SUMIF, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP
  • Building Formulas
  • Task automation using macros
  • Creating dynamic reports with Pivot Tables
  • Manipulating date, time, text and arrays
  • Excel VBA a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Willing to learn and continues to upgrade this knowledge base with new technologies.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and a Team Player
