What you’ll be doing...

You'll be a Workday Integration developer who works with cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative agile work environment and deliver innovative solutions in the Workday ecosystem.

  • Build robust integrations using the Workday integration technology suite that includes EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Reports as a Service, Document Transformation and Workday web services.
  • Enhance existing integrations by following change management policies.
  • Convert user stories into technical specification documents to support production maintenance activities.
  • Closely work with the internal teams and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Find innovative ways to integrate and automate processes across downstream systems.
  • Triage and timely resolution of production incidents related to Workday integrations.
  • Build Workday reports based on the business needs.
  • Perform impact analysis on new Workday releases and support feature changes.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

A versatile Workday Integration developer with experience in developing efficient, scalable solutions in the HCM area using the Workday technology suite.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or fouror more years of experience.
  • Four more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in the design and development of Workday integrations.
  • Experience in Workday implementation, AMS or Support projects.
  • Experience in XML, and XSLT transforming large sets of data.
  • Experience in Workday Studio building complex integrations.
  • Experience in SOAP, REST API's and Oauth authentication.
  • Knowledge of Workday security, business processes and reports including BIRT.
  • Knowledge of Core HCM, Learning, Recruitment and Absence modules.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Relevant Workday certification(s).
  • Workday Extend knowledge.
  • Experience integrating Workday with Informatica.
