What you’ll be doing...
In the Sr. Mgr-Compliance Relations role, you will be responsible for building and leading a team that evangelizes Compliance Center of Excellence (CCoE) objectives, value propositions and thought leadership to internal stakeholders as well as industry partners, customers, and academia. This includes building training materials around the CCoE Multi-Cloud Hybrid Platform, continuous ATO processes and posture, Governance Council outcomes, self-service portals with an integrated requirements library (IRL) and associated document repository.
You will build an energetic team of culture carriers that represent and communicate the VZ POV, strategy, and roadmap with the goal to gain adoption and change the way we do things. This team will also be responsible for tracking and representing industry trends/insights specific to the cybersecurity for the CCoE to drive changes at all levels of compliance for public sector and VBG customers. This will require partnering with CISO, Legal and Sales to ensure the external position is well received and protects VZ.
This team would also participate on industry panels, contribute on NIST workshops/standards (similar to IETF, MEF, and 3gpp), the NCCoE, and academia to create a pipeline of thought leadership establishing an external posture with the outcome of strengthening VZ position in the marketplace.
