What you’ll be doing...

At Verizon Connect, our mission is to bring the productivity benefits of our Commercial Product, Reveal, to the world’s leading enterprises. As a Product Manager, you will act as a conduit between our customers and internal organization, including our engineering teams.

You will need to understand our business strategy, identify business problems and opportunities that can change the trajectory of the business. You will be tasked with translating these problems / opportunities into tangible customer problems, through research and regular interaction with customers; define and frame those problems for the team.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with SMB, Enterprise and Government customers, exciting technology and delivering software products that users love. You’ll need to be comfortable in a fast paced environment, able to work at both a user and technical level, and have a strong focus on outcomes.

As a PM at Verizon Connect, you must love working as a team and be able to collaborate globally and across all areas of the business including Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer/Application support and members of ELT when necessary.


  • Be Customer Obsessed – Always starts with the customer pain points first and works back. Actively builds customer relationships, understands their business goals and pain points. Be the customer's voice.

  • Data Driven - Anchors decisions for product/product area based on data. Partners with UX Researchers & Analytics teams to ensure we have the data and research required to make data informed decisions.

  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit – we’re looking for a strategic thinker who can create a product vision and strategy around the needs of our customers and growing business.

  • Drive Go To Market - Responsibility for partnering with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Success & the broader business to ensure there are robust go-to-market strategies in place for the successful launch of your products/areas of your product.

  • Lead Product positioning - including articulating customer problems and solutions and partnering with product marketing to craft product messaging briefs for product launch cycles.

  • Be an authority on market trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscapes.

Where you'll be working...

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant experience.

  • Three years of experience in Product Management or related field.

  • Experience driving product roadmap, go-to-market strategy and design discussions

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX/UI, Program Management).

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Masters degree in a technology or business related field.

  • Experience with managing P&L and business case creation.

  • Experience on all following systems Salesforce, SAP systems, Device Management systems.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $101,000 and $187,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.  This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
