What you’ll be doing...

The Channel Engagement and Events team is responsible for amplifying the Channel message through direct sales engagements and delivering best-in-class events. Your role will be to increase sales awareness of impactful revenue driving Channel solutions by engaging with WLS/WLN Sales leaders, Technical Sales leaders, and their respective teams both in-person and virtually.

You will present, host, and engage with attendees to grow awareness, increase Channel revenue, and grow Channel partnerships during Channel events such as: Elite VAR Roadshows (Wireless), Channel Partners, Channel Industry Events, BuSS Events(Wireless), and more. In this role, you will also work on creating scalable bundled solutions partnering with OEM's and MCSP.

  • Design, build and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program (to include tools, processes, programs, and accreditations).
  • You will partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company, conduct ongoing needs assessments and roll out targeted programs.
  • Designing and implementing metrics to ensure consistent evaluation and measurement of accreditations.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to develop and launch sales enablement programs.
  • Ensure skills, knowledge and sales readiness of sales organization.
  • Craft and run sales enablement tools and enablement materials that support the sales force in their revenue-generating efforts.
  • Identify and spotlight repeatable standard methodologies for rapid dissemination across the field.
  • Build and own the sales enablement content, including graphic design aspects.
  • A passion for building new enablement tools/programs and uncovering untapped enablement potential.

Where you'll be working...

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. This role must be located in or close to one of the posted locations.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Track record of progressive sales roles within B2B sales.
  • Pre-sales and post-sales support experience and/or business sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • Channel Sales experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Professional experience in creating sales enablement programs.
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leader in collaborative work to bring projects to life.
  • Strong focus on execution.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Proven record in achieving results collaborating with multifunctional teams.
