What you’ll be doing...

Perform full scale deep dive data analytics, including but not limited to data procurement (SQL), aggregation, and analysis of results and presentation of findings through visualization tools. Create comprehensive analysis and reporting to analyze Connect Fleet products, services, sales, and revenue and identify customer trends to support urgent senior management requests. Manage stakeholder requirements, interpret the business request and translate that into SQL queries which incorporate standard business rules, prepare concise, comprehensive, and level-appropriate reports and present findings to all levels of management. Delivering insight into monthly, quarterly, or yearly anomalies. Identify opportunities to enhance reports and methodologies. Develop user interfaces to make data available to multiple user groups, leveraging data visualization toolsets to provide single source data availability to multiple user communities. Participate on cross-functional project teams to identify critical items require from a reporting and analytics perspective. Lead and drive data governance initiatives to ensure key metric principals are defined and followed across multiple organizations and lines of business. Transition reports and findings to production where appropriate so initial findings can be managed on a recurring basis. Develop reporting methodologies as needed. Identify gaps in data and/or reporting and work to get those gaps closed. Provide technical leadership and business-related subject matter expertise to team members and other departments. Supervise and manage a team of Consultant/Mgr-Business Intelligence.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in engineering, computer science or related field followed by 6 years of progressive experience with business intelligence and/or data analytics. Experience therein to include 6 years with the following: Teradata and SQL server; Salesforce; SSAS Cube; SQL, MDX, XMLA, VB.Net, VBA, Windows scripts; MS Visual Studio Data tool, Teradata Tools and Utilities (TTU); Tableau, Excel; Data Mining including MS SSAS, DMX; Relational database data modeling, multidimensional database modeling, database physical implementation and tuning, data security management; and database and BI processes automation.
