What you’ll be doing...
The Global HR Services Specialist (LATAM/Canada) is a part of the HR Answers team and will be responsible for managing the full suite of HR transactions during the employee life-cycle for both Canada and all LATAM Verizon employees. HR Answers is a team that serves as the ‘front door to HR’ by quickly and accurately managing employee inquiries. This role will also utilize knowledge base and case management tools to assist in answering and resolving daily employee inquiries and will provide administrative and operational support such as employee personnel file management, benefits administration, leave of absence administration, verification of employment, records requests, etc. These tasks will also require data entry in accordance with Verizon policy and local legal/ regulatory requirements.
