What you’ll be doing...

Join a diverse and inclusive team as the headquarters regulatory specialist supporting regulatory compliance and implementation. Responsibilities include a focus on National Environmental Act of 1969 compliance and processes, as well as directly engaging with submarket teams related to implementation of Verizon's 4G and 5G networks (including CBAND). You will engage with market and centralized engineering vendors to ensure compliance is maintained. You will host market training specific to the markets you support and will ensure communication of policy is understood by market teams and support administrative duties related compliance approval.

• Prioritize both schedule and work functions such as work in fuze regulatory/SPM.
• Drive change as needed to the systems and tools.
• Engage with the FAA, FCC, SHPO(s), US Department of the Interior, US Fish and Wildlife Service, FEMA, USA Army Corps of Engineers.
• Host calls, provide guidance, training, presentations in direct interaction with market teams.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

We are looking for someone that can read, interpret, understand, and communicate in a fast paced wireless 4G/5G and C-band deployment environment. Someone with project management skills as it relates to multiple priorities and the ability to communicate and deliver results.

We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced market launch, goal-oriented environment - someone energized by change. An individual that instills integrity in to their solution-oriented mindset and works with cross functional teams to connects and drive results. Never stop learning, with awareness of the rapid evolution of technology or interest in learning.

You'll need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Network deployment experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Intermediate understanding of FCC and FAA guidelines.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A degree.
• Wireless Telecommunications Industry experience.
• Ability to run reporting and conceptualize milestone/task/deliverable as well as the relationships between same.
• Marketing experience, regulatory experience and/or wireless industry regulatory experience.
• Experience with affiliated legal teams and law of contracts or legal documents.
• Ability to read, understand, interpret and action FCC acts/policies and governess as it relates to wireless deployments.
• Understanding of compliance with jurisdictional entities that pertain to wireless use.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $90,000 and $167,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.  This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
