What you’ll be doing...

The Go-to-Market (GTM) organization drives the development, coordination, implementation and execution of marketing launches. Responsible for delivering the holistic go to market plan across all pricing, products, services and promotions. This includes the coordination of internal marketing communications to all levels of the business, launch readiness and execution.

As a senior manager of GTM, you are a leader that can manage multiple projects at once and can deliver flawless launches on hundreds of products and services. You will manage a team of people with specialized skill sets including project management, stakeholder alignment, milestone inspection, launch execution and post launch analysis. You will design, implement and improve the strategy of GTM launches while executing on the projects.

In addition to managing the launches to flawless execution, you will manage and support multiple stakeholders including Sales, Service, Internal Communications, Training & Support and more. You and your team are responsible for evaluating needs of the business while maintaining a solid launch plan ultimately leading to a flawless launch. You will interact closely with executives to communicate the GTM projects both upstream and downstream. You will interact with these leaders to ensure seamless communication to the right people at the right time.

  • Drive, enable and govern the GTM process.
  • Lead project teams through all phases of the GTM approach.
  • Responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to communicate to all levels of Leadership & Field teams.
  • Evaluate all launch deliverables and inspect for accuracy.
  • Lead a team of five specialized marketing managers.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in marketing strategy, planning, and/or analytics.
  • Experience in project management.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
  • Must be a team player and able to work well with large and varied teams.
  • Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience either in or around the Retail Channels or Online Sales Channels.
  • Designed custom research approaches to gain broader or deeper consumer and market insights.
