What you’ll be doing...

As a direct report to the Director of Operational Assurance, you’ll be a key resource ensuring that projects are delivered on time. You’ll work with all aspects of the business from putting plans in place to drive results, tracking progress of projects, and finding innovative solutions to complex problems. You’ll partner with other various areas of the business to be sure that all resources are ready when needed to deliver for our customers. We’re looking for your project management and organizational expertise so that we can deliver the best outcomes for the business and in turn, to our customers.

  • Senior executive stakeholder management.
  • Working with stakeholders to gather and shape executive communications, managing relationships, and driving alignment.
  • Project management.
  • Managing all aspects of several projects and programs, tracking key outcomes, risks and financials, and partnering with both internal and external units to ensure successful completion.
  • Providing simplified data visualization and strategy updates on operational data, technical solutions, and complicated business processes.
  • Managing all-hands calls meetings, decks, agendas, and weekly/monthly executive reporting.
  • Business operations and strategy.
  • Analyzing business and performance metrics and report out on trends and strategic opportunities as it relates to business risks.
  • Partnering in development of strategic roadmap and operating model.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You like working with diverse people from all kinds of backgrounds and functions and have a knack for developing strong partnerships.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, and Google G-Suite.
  • Experience analyzing data and making business strategy recommendations based upon the results.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working effectively on a team.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • MBA or Master’s degree.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make presentations to all levels of management across the organization.
  • Experience in reporting analytics.
  • Ability to understand and navigate the organizational landscape.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and maintaining accountability for major business initiatives.
