Audio Conferencing UIFN Charges and Term Plans
UIFN Toll Free Meet-Me Access Per-minute Per Bridge-Port Usage Charges
For the purposes of UIFN Toll Free Meet-Me Access Per-minute Per Bridge-Port Usage Charges, regions are defined as follows:

The following per-minute per bridge-port usage charges apply to Toll Free Meet-Me Access calls which originate via Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN) Conferencing Access in the following locations and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, based on region.

1. Term Commitment: The Customer must commit to a term of service of one year. Upon expiration of a Customers term of service, service shall continue under this plan for a term of service equal to the expired term unless the Customer provides the Company notice of termination of service under the plan at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the term of service.
2. Volume Commitment: The Customer may elect an annual volume commitment of one of the following amounts: $6,000, $12,000, $24,000, $30,000, $60,000 $120,000, $180,000, and $240,000. The Customer's annual Audio Conferencing charges must equal or exceed its volume commitment.
3. Usage Charges: The following charges apply, in lieu of all other rates.
3.1 Conferencing Calling: The Customer will be charged the following per-minute per-bridge port rates, based on annual volume commitment, Service Level and access method, for: Conferencing Calling, excluding Instant Meeting Service, usage within the U.S. Mainland, Alaska and Hawaii, in lieu of all other rates, based on annual volume commitment, Service Level and access method; and, at the Unattended Service Level for Instant Meeting Service usage from the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands to the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands:

4.1.1 Option LM: The following monthly recurring charges apply to Net Conferencing Reserved-seat Option LM, based on annual volume commitment, the number of seats reserved under the option and whether the Customer subscribes to SSL for the service:

5. Discounts: Except as set forth in this Section, the Customer may not receive discounts on Audio Conferencing charges.
