Definitions: For the purposes of this promotion the following definitions apply:
Corridor Service is for service between: New York LATA 132 and New Jersey LATAs 222 and 224; New Jersey LATA 222 and New Jersey LATA 224; and, The District of Columbia LATA 236 and Ashburn, VA LATA 246
Eligibility: The Customer must:
enroll between January 1, 2003 and June 30, 2003;
between January 1, 2003 and June 30, 2003, subscribe to new Type 1 point-to-point and/or multi-point Metro Private Line Access Service Digital Data Service (DS0), High Capacity Service (DS-1), Very High Capacity Service (DS-3) and/or Type 1 point-to-point and/or multi-point Metro Private Line SONET Service under a Term Plan for a term of service which equals or exceeds one year(New Circuit);
place an order for installation of all New Circuits no later than July 31, 2003; and,
request that all New Circuits be installed no later than September 30, 2003.
Other Conditions: Service that a Customer disconnects and reinstalls between January 1, 2003 and June 30, 2003 will not qualify as New Circuits.
