Ethernet Virtual Private Line (EVPL) - National Transport Promotion
Subject to the conditions below, Customers under a Company master services agreement (Agreement) who order new Verizon Ethernet Virtual Private Line - National circuits provided by MCI Communications Services, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Business Services (Promotional Circuits) will receive the following discounts applicable to the monthly recurring charges (MRC) for Ethernet Flow per circuit and IXC mileage between customer locations during the Term of their Agreement based on the length of the Term Customer committed to in the Agreement (the Promotion):

Conditions:
1. The following are eligible for this promotion:
1.1 New Promotional Circuits
1.2 New and Existing Promotional Circuits being renewed
2. New and Renewing Customers must sign an Agreement with a minimum two year Term commitment.
3. Existing Customers must have a minimum of 12 months remaining on the Term of the Agreement to be eligible for this promotion.
4. The Promotion must be included in the Agreement, signed and submitted by August 31, 2014.
5. Ethernet Access is required for the Promotional Circuits but is not provided via this Promotion. Customer must order Ethernet Access separately.
6. Orders may be expedited but expedite fees will apply.
7. This promotion is applicable only for Promotional Circuits located within the U.S. Mainland.
Ports in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any foreign countries are not eligible
8. Unless stated otherwise, the promotional discounts set forth herein are in lieu of all other discounts applicable to the MRC for Promotional Circuits.
9. Customer commits to paying for each Promotional Circuit for a minimum of 1 year. If Customer disconnects a Promotional Circuit before the end of 1 year, Customer will pay an early termination charge of 75% of the applicable MRC times the number of months remaining in a 1 year period, if any; plus all fees or any and all credits received by Customer. However, in no event will Customers total termination liability exceed the full contract value of the terminated Promotional Circuit.
