must request installation, to occur on or before April 30, 2002, of new domestic of Frame Relay Service (New Service) under an networkMCI One Term Plan or WorldCom On-Net Voice Services Term Plan with a term of service which equals or exceeds one year (Term Plan); and,
may not receive service under a Special Customer Arrangement.
