Local Voice NUMS Program

 

Subject to the conditions set forth below, Customers ordering National Unified Messaging Service (NUMS), (hereinafter, also referred to as the Promotional Service) provided by Company will be entitled to purchase the Promotional Service for the applicable promotional Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) shown in the following table:

* Promotional Rate is the same as the standard rate.

 

 

Conditions

 

1. Promotional Service includes NUMS ordered for the first time, or a renewal of existing NUMS, or additional NUMS ordered by an existing or renewing Customer. Customer must either enter into a new agreement with a minimum term of one year, or renew its existing agreement for a minimum term of one year, or have an existing agreement with at least one year remaining in the Term.

2. This promotion must be included in an Agreement signed and submitted by Customer by April 30, 2009.

 

3. Orders may be expedited but applicable expedite fees must be paid.

 

4. This promotion is applicable only to Promotional Service located entirely within the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and any foreign countries are not eligible.

 

5. Promotional Service will receive the applicable promotional rate for the Term of the Agreement.

 

6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the Local Voice Line Rewards 60 Promotion.

 

7. The following discounts are not eligible to be applied to the promotional MRC: Term/Volume and Affinity Program discounts; SCA Guide Types: 1-10.
