Section IV.1.2 – Full Circuit Monthly Recurring Charges on or After July 1, 2009
1.2 Monthly Recurring Charges on or after July 1, 2009: The following per circuit monthly recurring charges apply to circuits provided under IPL service, installed on or after July 1, 2009, based on Domestic Zone.
A. Domestic Zone to Other Countries: For service originating or terminating in the U.S. Mainland, the following definitions apply:
US Zone 1: Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia
US Zone 2: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wisconsin
US Zone 3: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming
B. Monthly Recurring Charges between Domestic Zones and Other Countries: The following monthly recurring charges apply:
