CARRIER COST RECOVERY CHARGE (formerly, Federal Annual Regulatory Fee Charge)

 

A charge equal to 4.0 percent of all charges, excluding Taxes, appearing on a Customer’s invoice will apply to telecommunications services subject to direct regulation by the Federal Communications Commission as well as to interconnected VoIP service charges treated as interstate under FCC rules.  This charge is being imposed to recover amounts incurred by Company for regulatory costs and for telecommunications services for the speech and hearing-impaired and local number portability. Federal Universal Service Fund (FUSF) applies.

 

 

CARRIER ANNUAL REGULATORY CHARGE

 

 

A charge equal to 0.40 percent of all charges, excluding Taxes, appearing on a Customer’s invoice will apply to telecommunications services subject to direct regulation by the Federal Communications Commission as well as to interconnected VoIP service charges treated as interstate under FCC rules. This charge is being imposed to recover amounts incurred by Company for contributions to the FCC for the Federal Annual Regulatory Fee. Federal Universal Service Fund (FUSF) applies.
