OPERATOR SERVICES

Operator Services are services requiring the assistance of a Company operator, live or automated, to complete telephone calls.  Operator Services are available in connection with selected service offerings.

The following is a list of Operator Services call classifications referenced in these offerings:

· Calls made from Company pre-subscribed payphones or institutional phones (formerly, classification "(a)");

· Calls made from private residential or business phones pre-subscribed to the Company (formerly, classification "(c)");

· Calls made from private residential or business phones via an equal access end office by a party who does not have a current account with the Company for service subject to this Guide (formerly, classification "(d)"); and,

· Calls which are billed to a Local Exchange Company, or Telecom Canada Calling Card, regardless of the phone from which the call is placed (formerly, classification "(e)").

For each such call, the Company will impose both applicable usage charges and an operator service surcharge.
