Long Distance Voice Services
On-Net Voice Services Usage Rates and Charges
The following provisions apply to Customers who subscribe to Long Distance Voice Services under On-Net Voice Services only.
1. Outbound Service: The following per-minute rates apply to: outbound usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland and Hawaii and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, CNMI or that originates in the U.S. Mainland and terminates in Hawaii; and, Calling Card (referred to as Card in pricing tables) usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, CNMI Rico and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, CNMI, based on origination and termination type:

Inbound Service: The following per-minute rates apply to Inbound Service usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, CNMI, and the U.S. Virgin Islands or originates in the U.S. Mainland and terminates in Hawaii, based on origination and termination type:

Outbound Service: The following per-minute rates apply to Outbound Service usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and for Calling Card (excluding Worldwide Access) usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and CNMI and terminates in the following international locations, based on access type:
1.1 International Mobile Termination: The following undiscountable per‑minute usage surcharges will apply, in addition to all other applicable usage rates and surcharges, to Long Distance Voice Services usage which terminates to a mobile/cellular telephone in the following international locations:
2. Inbound Service : The following per-minute rates apply to Inbound Service usage that originates in the following locations and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and CNMI:
2.1 International Mobile Origination: Customers of International Inbound Service will be charged the following undiscountable per-minute usage surcharges, in addition to all other applicable usage rates and surcharges, for International Inbound Service which originates via a mobile/cellular telephone in the following international locations:
2.2 Monthly Recurring Charges:
2.2.1 Chile: Customers will be charged a monthly recurring charge for each toll free number used in connection with service which originates in Chile, based on carrier and routing:

2.2.2 Estonia: Customers will be charged a $152 monthly recurring charge for each toll free number used in connection with service which originates in Estonia.
2.3 Non-Recurring Charges: Customers will be charged a non‑recurring charge for each toll free number used in connection with service which originates in the following countries:
