PROPERTY TAX RECOVERY CHARGE

(formerly Property Tax Surcharge or Ad Valorem Charge)

 

A tax-related surcharge in addition to the other charges for service will apply, based on billing availability, equal to 3.65 percent of the total interstate and international charges (including usage and nonusage), as well as to Interconnected VOIP, after the application of applicable discounts and credits, which allows the Company to recover a portion of the property tax that it pays to state and local jurisdictions.  Federal Universal Service Fund (FUSF) applies.
