Administrative Expense Fee
An The Administrative
Expense Fee (Admin Fee) is a charge equal to
0.38% of all eligible telecommunications and
applies to interstate and international charges
including interconnected VoIP
service charges, excluding Taxes, appearing on a Customers
invoice. Company
imposes Tthe
Administrative Expense Fee is
imposed to recover a portion of Verizonits
internal costs associated with implementing, administering, and complying with
federal regulations and programs. This
is a Company charge, not a Tax or fee that the government requires Company to
collect. Customer is not required to pay the Administrative
Expense Fee if it demonstrates to Verizons reasonable satisfaction that
it is acquiring Verizons services for resale as defined in Verizon
contracts and certification procedures. The
Administrative Expense Fee is subject to
application of the Federal Universal Service Fund
(FUSF) surcharge applies to the
Admin Fee.
