SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT:  The following Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies.  For the purposes of this SLA, only the terms, conditions and definitions found in the Customer's service agreement and SLA apply (i.e., the Guide's General Terms and Conditions for Internet, Enhanced and other Non-Telecommunications Products and Services and General Definitions do not apply).
