Support Services

Support Services are services provided by the Company to satisfy special or unique customer requirements that arise in connection with the Customer's receipt of telecommunications service(s) from the Company.  They are supplemental to, and not part of, those telecommunications service(s).  Support Services will be furnished on an individual case basis pursuant to separate contracts or contract amendments entered between the Company and the Customer.
