RATES AND CHARGES.
1. Details. Customer will pay MRCs that are fixed for the Service Commitment and NRCs as specified below and in the applicable Service Order. Customer will pay additional MRCs and NRCs for any equipment, equipment management, administrative charges or optional services or features applicable to the Secure Gateway Service(s).
1.1 Universal Port. Customer will pay applicable MRCs and NRCs set forth below in the Standard Pricing table (also known as VBS III), which are fixed for the Term and based on the Universal Port speed. [If Customer has subscribed to a legacy Verizon pricing program (referred to as pre-VBS I, VBS I, or VBS II), the Legacy Pricing table that follows the Standard Pricing table applies.] A fail over port is included at no additional charge, but may not be used for load sharing. Universal Port speeds above 44.184 Mbps may be ordered and installed on an Individual Case Basis (ICB) only and must be pre-approved by Verizon.

1.2 Verizon provided RRO Customer Premise Equipment (RRO CPE). Customer will pay the applicable MRCs and NRCs, as set forth below. Customer must order one RRO CPE for each RRO site that will be connected to Customers Universal Port.

1.3.2 Broadband Failover Service and CPE. Broadband Failover service can be provided for Verizon-provided cellular access, Verizon-provided or third-party-provided cable service, or Verizon-provided or third-party-provided DSL access. Broadband Failover service is only available in the U.S. Mainland, when used with Verizon-provided broadband Internet service or Verizon-provided dedicated Internet service.

1.4 Mobile User. There are no charges for Mobile User additional to the Universal Port charges set forth above.
1.5 Firewall. There are no charges for Firewall additional to the Universal Port charges set forth above. Rates and charges for the management and monitoring of separate network-based Firewall service are set forth in a Service Attachment with Company covering such services separate from the Service Attachment for Secure Gateway Services.
2. Network Service Required. Verizon Network Services such as Private IP, Frame Relay, vBNS+ or ATM Services are contracted separately from Secure Gateway.
3. Administrative Nonrecurring Charges apply.
4. Paper Invoice Charge applies.
5. Convenience Payment Charge applies.
