Converged Ethernet Access
Section IV.1.1 and Section IV. 3.1 Monthly Recurring and Non-Recurring Charges on July 1, 2005 through August 31, 2005
The following monthly recurring and non-recurring charges apply to service provided between the Customer designated location and the MCI Legacy Company IXC Point of Presence location and specifically to circuits which are ordered on July 1, 2005 through August 31, 2005.
1. Type 1 Service: The following monthly recurring and non-recurring per-connection charges apply to Type 1 Converged Ethernet Access Connection, based on circuit speed and the term commitment in Customers master service agreement (Commitment Period):

2. Type 3 Service: Type 3 service charges are i) the following monthly recurring and non-recurring per-circuit charges, except for OC3 300 Mbps and OC12 1 Gbps which charges are per-2 circuits, based on service type, circuit speed and Commitment Period, plus ii) the monthly recurring and non-recurring per-connection End Link charges set forth in Metro Private Line Access Service Type 2 Pricing Sheets 2005, based on LATA location, service type, circuit speed, Commitment Period, Network Configuration, Service Configuration and Pricing Zone of the circuit for connections within a Metro Private Line Service Area. Connections outside the Metro Private Line Service Area, the Type 3 service charges are i) the following monthly recurring and non-recurring per-circuit charges, except for OC3 300 Mbps and OC12 1 Gbps which charges are per-2 circuits, based on service type, circuit speed and Commitment Period, plus ii) the monthly recurring and non-recurring per-connection Local Access charges set forth in Network Services Local Access Service.
