Ethernet Access
Section IV.1.4 - Type 1 Monthly Recurring and Non-Recurring Charges for circuits quoted from November 1, 2009 and March 31, 2010.
The following monthly recurring and non-recurring charges apply to service provided between the Customer-designated location and the MCI Legacy Company IXC Point of Presence location and specifically to circuits which are quoted from November 1, 2009 and March 31, 2010. For circuits quoted from November 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010 the non-recurring charges specified in this section IV.1.4 will be waived. The following monthly recurring and non-recurring charges apply to Ethernet Access Type 1 Service, based on interface type, circuit speed and the term commitment in Customer’s Agreement (Commitment Period).
