Conferencing Flat Rate Promotion Offer IX
Offer: During the 12-month period following Customers promotion enrollment and during each Extension Period (defined below in Other Conditions) (in the aggregate, any such period hereinafter referred to as the Promotional Term), the following applies:
1. Audio Conferencing:
1.1 Domestic Audio Conferencing Service: The following rates per minute, which are fixed for the Promotional Term, apply to domestic Audio Conferencing calls that originate and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, with rounding to the next higher full minute. Charges are inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise below. Customer is responsible for all other charges associated with domestic Audio Conferencing at standard rates.

1.2 Canada: For Audio Conferencing Dial Out Access and Toll Free Meet-Me Access (1) originating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminating in Canada, and (2) originating in Canada and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Customer will be charged, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the following per-minute per-bridge port rates which are fixed for the Promotional Term and inclusive of both bridging and transport.

1.3 From the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands to International Locations: A fixed discount of fifteen percent (15%) applies to per-minute rates for Premier, Standard and Instant Meeting service levels of Audio Conferencing charges for Dial-Out Access service that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminates in selected international locations.
1.4 Instant Replay Plus: Customer will be charged $0.20 per-minute per-caller for access to Instant Replay Plus replays.
1.5 Instant Meeting Replay: Customer will be charged $0.20 per-minute per-caller for access to Instant Meeting Replay replays.
2. Domestic Per-Minute Net Conferencing. Customer will pay the following per minute rates, which are fixed for the Promotional Term, for Per-Minute Instant, Advanced, Reserved, and Customized Net Conferencing. Customer is responsible for all other charges associated with Net Conferencing at the standard rates set forth in the Guide.

3. Availability: To receive the benefits of this promotion, Customer must enroll between February 1, 2010 and February 28, 2014.
4. Other Conditions:
4.1 Upon expiration of the 12-month period following a Customers promotion enrollment, the term of this promotion will be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis (Extension Period) until either party terminates it upon thirty (30) days prior written notice.
4.2 Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of the Conferencing Minute Plan Promotion.
