Managed WAN
Section IV. Rates and Charges. The following rates and charges apply:
1. Monthly Recurring Charges. The following monthly recurring charges (MRC) apply per Managed Device based on Customers selected service level, Managed Device size and number of Devices in the Initial Order. The total committed number of Managed WAN routers, Managed LAN switches, and Managed Wireless LAN devices required for Customers Managed WAN, Managed LAN, and Managed Wireless LAN order commitment is the Initial Order.
Managed Device Size. The following Managed Device sizes are available:
· Extra Small:
CISCO ROUTERS: 8XX Series;
JUNIPER ROUTERS: SRX 1XX
· Small:
CISCO ROUTERS: Series 1XXX and 2XXX Series;
ADTRAN NETVANTA ROUTERS: Series 1XXX, 2XXX, and 3XXX;
ADTRAN Total Access (TA) ROUTERS: Series 9xx;
JUNIPER ROUTERS: J23XX and J43XX; SRX 2xx Series
NORTEL ROUTERS Series 1XXX
· Medium:
CISCO ROUTERS: Series 3XXX and 4XXX ;
ADTRAN NETVANTA ROUTERS: Series 4XXX and 5XXX;

2. Nonrecurring Charges and Optional Service Monthly Recurring Charges. The following monthly recurring charges and nonrecurring charges (NRCs) apply.
2.1 Administrative Charges

2.2 Optional Change Management Charges. Optional Change Management (OCM) provides additional remote change management support for Managed WAN Services. Customers are charged a fixed nonrecurring charge per request, per Managed Device for the remote configuration items listed below. Customer can order specific Optional Change Management activities through the Customer Portal. The Customer Portal provides detailed information for each pricing level of OCM.

2.3 Service Charge. Customer will be charged a service charge for all issues discovered with Full Management that result in an Company technician being dispatched that are due to the act or omission of Customer including, but not limited to, faulty in house wiring.
2.4 Optional Services Charges
2.4.1 Managed Implementation or Take-Over Charges. Depending upon network readiness, additional equipment or equipment upgrade may be required. Equipment costs are not included in these non-recurring charges and CPE is provided under a separate service attachment. The following charges apply per Managed Device:
