Canva for Work makes it easy to create beautiful on-brand marketing materials, presentations and social media graphics for every organization. Up until now Canva has offered a solution for individuals to create things like beautiful presentations, banner ads and even Facebook cover photos.

For the past few months Canva has been teasing us with an expanded version of its service called, Canva for Work. Today, Canva has finally released the option for companies to sign up for a 2-month free subscription to Canva for Work and test out the amazing updates it has just released.

What can Canva for Work do?

Canva for Work lets you easily create beautiful documents and designs. Use Canva’s draft-and-drop editor to design stunning graphics. Canva has thousands of layouts that you can use or your team can create their own custom templates.

You can now easily collaborate with your team over documents

You can now easily collaborate with your team over documents. Canva for Work let’s you save your brand’s colors, logos and fonts so no team member needs to contact the design department every time they need it. You can then show off your work in your Team Stream and share photo folders with your team.

With all of your necessary brand colors, logos and fonts in once place, you then create consistent branded content. It’s now easy to maintain a consistent identity across all of your presentations, social media posts and marketing materials

Canva is taking registered users and rolling out Canva for Work slowly over the next week. The company said it will also launch an ‘experts’ platform in the future that will connect Canva users to professionals and agencies to assist on their projects. There is no definitive date for this launch yet.
